Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2026 in Littleton, MA.
I used to think using a real estate agent was totally unnecessary, but working with Vicky and Paul completely changed my mind. We managed to buy a new house and sell a condo in two different towns in just 3.5 months with minimal works. Of course, we had to put in some work on our end too, but having Vicky and Paul in our corner was an absolute blessing. Vicky always protected our interests, whether we were buying or selling. Instead of just trying to push the first home on us, she gave us genuinely honest opinions and advice on every house we toured. She’s also super creative and proactive, always having a solid plan to tackle any situation and make sure things kept moving along smoothly and on time. She’s so thorough every step of the way. She read through inspection reports and made sure she addressed every concern raised by us or inspector with the seller's agent. And I can't leave out Paul, who was so helpful joining us for the inspection of the home we were purchasing and the works prior to the inspection for the home we are selling. Vicky and Paul make an amazing team, and they're honestly the exact combination you want when you're navigating the market. Thank you both so much for making our move way less of a headache!

We were very fortunate to have Vicky Kustov as our realtor. It was truly a pleasure working with her. Vicky was always positive, upbeat, and extremely knowledgeable. She consistently gave us her honest opinion and went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire process. She was always available, promptly responding to our emails and messages and patiently answering all of our questions. At one point, she even mailed letters to all residents of a condo complex we were interested in — and thanks to her initiative, we were able to purchase a wonderful condo there! Over the summer, I had the opportunity to use Vicky's real estate office and take advantage of Vicky's extensive experiance and knowledge of the market, It's trends, pricing and demographic for selling. It came at a difficult time where my dad had passed away and we needed to sell the family home. Within the first seven days, we had 12 viable offers and even after the first prospect backed out, we already had a second offer that was accepted and closed the deal. Vicky is very organized always, prepared and always available. She has a team of people working with her and following her a lead. The whole process from start to finish was completed approximately within 60 days. We were very fortunate, due to her organization and skills to achieve a sale price higher than our listing price.I would highly recommend Vicky and her office.
