It was a stroke of luck to have found Vicki that Sunday morning.I was searching for a realtor who could guide me through a very difficult house sale. I am out of state and the conservator for my mother's house. I was navigating many issues with the house and being 3 hours away I was lost. Vicki returned my call that day and alleviated all my anxieties. She took charge of absolutely every issue we had during the course of the sale. She did an amazing job pricing and promoting the property. She checked on the house on a regular basis. She dealt with every problem that arose in a professional, and compassionate manner. She communicated with myself and the attorneys as we worked our way through the probate process. She anticipated issues and headed them off before they became issues. I could go on and on. I cannot recommend her more highly.

For this review, I could actually write a book with several chapters., but for the sake of hoping it gets read, I’ll keep it short and to the point. On a scale of one (being not so good) to ten (being the best), Vicky Kustov as a Professional Realtor is a 10+++. I was apprehensive about the whole process and was a ‘Nervous Nellie’ and Vicky came through as a real pro. From the first day Vicky walked into our house she assured me that everything would be fine. She did her homework before she arrived and spelled everything out in detail of how and when steps during the process would transpire. I was still skeptical but being the penultimate professional, Vicky assuaged my fears at every step along the way. The house sold for 16%+ of asking and Vicky became more of a friend than a named realtor and stayed with us until the day we moved out and beyond. For our initial meeting, before we even decided which agent we wanted to hire, she had prepared comparables, found open permits we needed to have the town close, a timeline of the selling process and explained what was involved with selling to a builder versus listing on MLS. She shared personal stories which created a personal connection from the get-go. She walked us through her selling process instead of boasting about how many properties she's sold like other agents we spoke with. She explained what the recent changes in the law from the settlement against the National Association of Realtors meant to sellers and buyers.
